The armchair would be delivered by two very nice and professional gentlemen. The explanation for handling was great. Again, a big thank you to the two super nice drivers. I am completely satisfied with the product and your top service. I wish you a good and relaxing end of work. Kind regards from Switzerland.
Only had the Therapeutix 4D massage chair just over a week and think it's great! This chair has quickly become an essential part of my daily routine. The 4D massage technology is truly impressive, providing a deep and invigorating massage experience. The range of massage programs and customizable settings allows me to target specific areas and adjust the intensity to my liking. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I look forward to many more relaxing sessions in this fantastic chair!

How does the scanning system works?
For most massage chairs, before the automatic massage begins, the rollers move for about 20 seconds and the system recognizes the position of the shoulders in the massage chair. For top models, not only the position of the shoulders but also the height and weight of the user are recognized.
What is the difference between 3D and 4D massage?
For maximum tissue penetration and precise massage, 4D rollers give users a deeper tissue massage. These 4D rollers can rotate and reach different angles that 3D rollers cannot. In addition, in a 4D massage, the rollers can automatically accelerate or slow down to focus on tense muscles. The purpose of the 4D technology development was to make the massage chair more capable of reproducing the massage a therapist can offer. The massage intensity is relatively higher in a 4D massage chair (4 directions) than a 3D one (3 directions).
Where are the massage chairs manufactured?
The worldwide production of massage chairs is predominantly carried out in Asia, although it is crucial that the chairs are manufactured in accordance with the technology, materials, and design specifications specified by our company, conforming to European standards for the European market. Within the Komoder range, you will find massage chairs that are made in Japan, China, or Taiwan.
